Who We Are

A UK advisory firm built for cross-border ambition

Skystone Finance UK is a corporate and strategic advisory firm based in London, working with businesses establishing, growing, or raising capital in the United Kingdom.
We were established to meet a demand we saw clearly: a growing number of businesses across Africa, the Caribbean, and international markets need a UK advisory partner who understands both worlds – not a generalist adviser on one side of the transaction, and not an intermediary adding distance on the other.
Our approach is senior-led and outcome-focused. We work directly with founders and decision-makers, bringing the discipline of institutional advisory experience to businesses that need it delivered with clarity, speed, and genuine market understanding.
“Our clients don’t need another generalist. They need someone who has sat on the other side of the table – who understands the deal, the market, and the stakes.”

The Gap We Close

Most businesses expanding across borders find themselves choosing between two flawed options.

Generalist Local Advisers

Understand the UK market but have no genuine cross-border experience, and no real network across the markets our clients come from.

Large International Firms

Have the network, but mid-market clients are handed to junior teams while senior partners remain unreachable below a much higher ticket size.

Skystone Finance UK

Senior-led throughout. Genuine operating experience across African, Caribbean, and UK markets. Advisory built around your outcome, not our pipeline.

Sectors We Operate In

Skystone Finance UK’s objects extend beyond financial advisory alone. Our scope reflects both the sectors our founder has spent three decades working in, and the sectors our clients are already active in.

Why Skystone

Our founder has structured landmark transactions over three decades, including reserve-based lending and Nigeria’s first carbon credit-qualifying gas project.

No handovers to junior teams. The people you engage with at the outset are the people who deliver.

Relationships built over decades across Africa and the UK, extending to the Caribbean and other international markets.

We operate a defined non-regulated advisory model today, with a clear path toward full FCA authorisation – built deliberately, not rushed.
